This is the first open conference about the new field of Micro-Robotics
in which Britain is becoming the world leader. It provides a meeting
place for both light robot experts and amateurs seeking an exciting new
low-cost project. The opening session on Micro-Mouse demonstrates step-
by-step how mechanical systems have been enhanced by adding computer
